La Loma, the beloved Denver institution known for its family recipes and signature Hatch green chile, has opened a new location in the Denver Tech Center. Owned by Renée Brinkerhoff and her son, William Brinkerhoff Jr., the Greenwood Village restaurant joins the brand’s downtown Denver and Parker spots.
Founded in 1973 in Denver’s Highland neighborhood, La Loma has been family-run since the Brinkerhoffs partnered with the original owners, the Mendoza family, in 1981. The new DTC location seats 255 guests and features a bar, terrace and private event space for up to 100.

Culinary Director Paco Romeo oversees a menu packed with favorites—mini chile rellenos, fajitas, enchiladas and the Texas Platter—alongside house-made flour tortillas and award-winning green chile. Sweet finishes like churros and fried ice cream round out the meal.
Guests can sip margaritas made with La Loma’s barrel-aged Herradura tequila or choose from an extensive tequila, beer and cocktail list. Open daily for lunch and dinner, La Loma DTC also offers weekday happy hour from 3–6 p.m.
