Holiday Dining at The Broadmoor
Under the direction of new executive chef, Justin Miller, you can expect a magical dining experience when you head south to The Broadmoor this holiday season. Chef Miller has been a member of The Broadmoor’s culinary team for 25 years, and in his new role he oversees the resort’s culinary operations, including its diverse range of acclaimed restaurants, lounges, cafes, meetings and banquet facilities.
