Jen Boyle helps busy families and executives reclaim their most valuable asset

FOR MANY AFFLUENT FAMILIES, luxury is no longer just about custom homes, private travel, or exclusive experiences. Increasingly, it is about something far more valuable: time.
As careers become more demanding and family schedules more complex, a growing number of executives, entrepreneurs, entertainers, athletes, and elite families are turning to firms to handle the innumerable details that keep a household running smoothly. From coordinating vetted vendors and managing maintenance schedules to arranging travel, grocery orders, laundry, and overseeing staff, these services are designed to free clients from the logistics of everyday life and to allow them to focus on what matters most.
Few understand that need better than Jen Boyle, founder and CEO of More Lifestyle Management, a Denver-based home and lifestyle management company that serves clients across eight states and growing. She’s built her business on a philosophy grounded in discretion and trust, which have helped her curate a coveted clientele.
Boyle traces the inspiration for her business back to her childhood in South Dakota. Her father owned a financial advisory firm and focused his energy on growing his business and spending time with family, while her mother left her job to maintain the home.
“I learned quickly that running a household is a full-time job,” Boyle says.

Watching her parents juggle responsibilities and try to prioritize family life taught her an early lesson about delegation and the value of time. Later, while working events for Grey Goose and interacting with CEOs, athletes, and executives, she recognized a familiar pattern.
“They’re really having the same problem that my household had,” she says. “Buying time back.”
To address this growing dilemma, Boyle founded MORE Lifestyle Management, which, 13 years later, has grown to more than 100 clients and 35 employees. The company’s approach goes well beyond the traditional concierge model. Each client begins with a detailed discovery process to identify domestic challenges, create systems, and build a plan—as well as a dedicated team—for managing everything from weekly errands to long-term property maintenance to large-scale projects.
Boyle often compares running a home to running a successful company.
“Every company is successful because there’s a CEO, a CFO, a COO,” she says. “Why are we not making houses run like that?”
As technology advances, Boyle believes demand for her company’s services will continue to grow. While artificial intelligence may eventually handle routine tasks, she believes the human element remains irreplaceable.
“You can never take away human connection,” she says. “People want to feel heard, and if you don’t come into the home with peace and love and treat their home like their sanctuary, then you will not be successful.”
That emphasis on relationships and discretion is central to the company’s philosophy. Clients often rely on the service not only to oversee logistics but also to serve as a trusted resource during major life transitions such as career changes, relocation, grief, or growing families.
For Boyle, that’s where she says she and her team shine.
“If I can come from love and I can hire people who come from the heart to do well by other people, that’s my value-add in life,” she says. “My greatest compliment that I’ve gotten multiple, multiple times is, ‘You saved my marriage.’“
For a company built around buying back time, there may be no higher praise.
