I built Horizon Services around a simple idea: if you start with respect for homeowners, you have the right focus to build a solid service business.

In this industry, too many companies focus on volume over quality. Homeowners are left guessing—unsure who is coming into their home, whether the work will be done right, or if the recommendation is truly in their best interest. I saw that gap early on, and I knew there was a better way to build a service company.

Just as important, we’ve built our systems, so our team is incentivized to do what’s right for the homeowner, not just what’s fastest or most profitable in the moment.

That’s why our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—ready to respond when homeowners need us most.
